Product Discovery
Do you have a vision of a product? Do you need to refine and verify it with potential users? Product discovery is a sprint in which, based on iterations with the user, we develop the most important functionalities that are key to the success of your product!
Desk research
We will deepen our knowledge about and around your idea. We will learn about current trends, market opportunities, benchmarks, analogous solutions, available technologies, and legal constraints related to your product.
User empathy
We will describe target audience segments, their characteristics, and hypotheses to be validated. We will create buyer personas that will serve as a basis for further work.
Customer journey and user flows
We will map the entire user journey of using your product. The we will describe the problems we noticed while interacting with the product.
Value proposition and ideation
During a creative session, we will jointly generate and select solutions that address the most important needs of your customers.
Rapid prototyping and testing
We will create rapid prototypes representing the solutions most important elements. We will test them with representatives of valid segments to check whether the solution is interesting to them and whether they would be willing to pay for it. During testing, we will also check for any flow errors.
POC requirements
Finally, we will summarize and create requirements for the Proof of Concept.

Frequently asked questions
Product Discovery can take anywhere from one to six months, depending on the complexity of your idea. To help you estimate the duration of each stage, we have prepared some tips in our Startup Case Study. Check out our portfolio tab and find a project similar to yours – this will make it easier for you to determine how long it might take to work on your idea. Remember, the time required for completion also depends on the scope of the project – we will work together to adjust all project parameters to the deadline, so we can stay within the designated time.
We offer a Dedicated Team cooperation model which is based on a subscription plan. With a fixed monthly rate, you can avoid unforeseen costs. The rate is determined based on the scope of the project and the level of engagement required. Read more about this model in our cooperation models tab.
